    Organizational structure

    Exercise planning team (EPT) consist of experts from all project partners countries. EPT is coordinated by coordinating project partner and maintain direct link with DG ECHO in European Commission and through its experts with partner countries organizations. EPT is responsible for organization of TTX, CPX and FSX.

    Main task of the EPT is to prepare exercise structure, scenario with DSEC, participation of intervention teams and EUCPT, communication plan, safety and security plan, observers programme, host nation support plan, media and promotion plan including all this into exercise instructions.

    There are two main teams: one on the level of coordinating country with five sub-teams in charge for transport, radio-support, participation of LEMA and national teams, Host Nation Support and procurement tasks. Second on the level of all project partners with five sub-teams in charge for preparation of BoO, participation of international teams (including ERCC and EUCPT), preparation of exercise location and safety and security aspects, observers and media and finally IT and admin support
